The Dark Knight
Last night i drove to Atlanta with some friends to see The Dark Knight. While i’m not prepared to give a full review, nor do i desire to give a full review… i will tell you a thing or two from my perspective.
Reasons you should see The Dark Knight…
1. It was sold out. That alone should make you desire to get in the loop.
2. About 3 times during the movie the entire theater of people clapped and cheered. Doesn’t that make you want to go see what all the cheering was about?
3. Heath Ledger, AKA the Joker, was super creepy… i mean SUPER creepy.
4. I don’t even like comic book movies, but i might see this one twice.

I must admit that I really don’t want to see it…mostly because I don’t do well with the darker films. Super creepy doesn’t suit my fancy. Ah well…most people think I’m missing out. I probably am…and maybe I’ll give into peer pressure eventually.

i saw it in hong kong on imax. it was crazy. any my neck was sore, but it was so cool to see the stuff we drive by every day be on the big screen… and i would love to see it again because i couldn’t keep up w/ all the stuff going on! (maybe because i was sitting too close to the screen….) and i think i like stories about heros too… got me thinking at the end

I thought it was the best it could have possibly been! It lived up to all the hype and that by itself is something that FEW sequels can boast. Michael Keaton will forever be my favorite Batman, but Christian Bale couldn’t have been a better “Caped Crusader!”
In short I loved it! Can’t wait for the next one.

We haven’t been to see it yet because of the crowds mainly, but we plan on going. However we did go see Journey to the Center of the Earth and it is wonderfully entertaining. The time flew by, not bored even once.

amazing movie. lived up to the hype, very ambitious and delivered well, and heath ledger was amazing. one of the best villains of any movie.
