(first of all, who can name the movie from which the title comes?)
Here’s the real quiz question:
Was this photo taken in Hong Kong or Beijing?
hint: notice the formation in which the people are waiting for the subway.

Bonus: Why is this observation important?

My guess is that this photo is from Hong Kong. I’ve never been, but I know from personal experience that it’s rare when a Beijinger waits in line… for anything! A Beijing “line” generally looks and feels more like a cattle call. (And I think your title came from the movie “Speed”… am I right?)
Also, have you heard of any web/tv broadcasting in the States for the big birthday party? I would love to be able to watch some of the action from this side of the world…

My guess is Hong Kong. Beijing subway lines are more disorganized.

If I was betting man, I’d agree with Mary Beth. Line 10 in the Jing.

Beijing. You can see where it says Bagou - that’s line 10. BAM! Don’t even live there.
However, I’m genuinely confused now and am thinking maybe there was a promotional video for China being shot and those are paid actors… from Hong Kong.
No idea about the movie and have too many scrumples to google it and then post.

Beijing I am sorry that I can read the sigh easily…
But i am also amazed by the lines.
Hope that will be like that since then

Bejing is my guess…No clue why…and “Speed” is the movie…Perhaps speed has something to do with why they are waiting in line like they are? Great movie by the way…
