Chinese food in America just isn’t the same as in China. No matter how hard we try or how “authentic” we claim it to be, it’s just not gonna match the real deal. Yesterday i ate with a good friend at a local Chinese restaurant. I’m not sure what he ate, but i had beef fried rice. Although it was delicious in it’s own way, it certainly wasn’t what i’m used to.

And of course Jake always makes a picture look awesome.
What’s the one Chinese restaurant i MUST try while in America?

May Wah Inn…Windsor Ontario Canada….I’ve heard people say it’s better than Chinatown in San Francisco…Dim Sum or dinner…it’s all good. Chinese New Year is a celebration!!
Or the little place started by a renegade cook who left the above restaurant to start his own place. Wowwy wow wow…Shun King Restaurant.
If you’re ever passing through…my treat! (Bring mom!)
